About the event
Join us for this 80's themed ALL LEVELS Yoga + Brews event at Hopkinsville Brewing Company! The yoga class will be led by Padma Dharmata, and we will be jamming to Madonna, Prince, and all our favorite 80's jams! The yoga is a unique class to include people of all levels and abilities, including modifications and advancements as needed. The yoga class utilizes fun music to get you moving, begins with a breath practice, and concludes with a 5-minute guided savasana or "rest". BRING YOUR OWN MAT. A limited number of mats will be available for borrow at the event. Padma will have a couple of extra mats if needed, so please text ahead if you need to reserve a mat.
