
Join us for this very special TWISTED Yoga class! This is a Fitness + Yoga class, led by Laura Turner of Wellness Rox LRT and Padma Dharmata of Bare Yogis! The class will begin with a fitness segment (aerobics and calisthenics) and will conclude with a yoga segment!
This is an ALL LEVELS class! Includes modifications as needed, utilizes great music to get you moving, and concludes with a 5-minute guided savasana or "rest". BRING YOUR OWN MAT for the yoga portion. A limited number of mats will be available for borrow at the event. Padma will have a couple of extra mats if needed, so please text ahead if you need to reserve a mat.
Space will be limited so please sign up in advance! Drop-in attendance may not be available.
