Coffee Yoga! - Needmore Coffee, Clarksville

RESCHEDULED TO JUNE 7 - Join us for this Coffee + Yoga event! Join us at Needmore Coffee for coffee and yoga, good friends and good times! The yoga taught for this event will be an ALL LEVELS class---beginners welcome! The yoga will be led by Padma Dharmata, and is a unique class to include people of all levels and abilities, including modifications and advancements as needed. The yoga class utilizes great music, begins with a breath practice, and concludes with a 5-minute guided savasana or "rest". BRING YOUR OWN MAT. A limited number of mats will be available for borrow at the event. Padma will have a couple of extra mats if needed, so please text ahead if you need to reserve a mat.
